The house has a beautiful view over a park. The house is very well located, in the vicinity of forests, yet close to Utrecht and the A28/A27 motorways. Utrecht is a 10 minute drive by car. By public transport (the bus on the corner of the street) it is 20 minutes to either Utrecht city centre or The Uithof (Science park).
The house will be rented due to a temporary (1yr) work placement abroad. Therefore it is important to me to get tenants who keep the place well kept. No students. Preference to someone, or a couple without kids and no big dogs.
The house will be rented furnished (partially can be discussed) and is available from October 1st. Rent is EUR 1700 (excl) per month.
For 50 Euro the current internet and television subscription can be continued.
